1. Process Difference
Precision Annealing Tube
Process Overview: Precision annealing tube is a tool for processing materials, which can perform high-temperature annealing on metals, plastics and other materials. Generally, materials are annealed under vacuum or atmosphere conditions.
Cold Drawn Tube
Raw Materials: Hot-rolled or cold-rolled seamless steel pipes are used as raw materials.
Process: At room temperature, the steel pipe is drawn through a die to reduce its cross section and increase its length. The cold drawing process generally requires multiple drawing, and corresponding stress relief annealing is performed after each drawing to ensure the smooth progress of the next cold drawing.
Cold Drawn Tube
Process Overview: Cold drawn tubes are similar to cold drawn tubes in terms of process. Both are to stretch or draw the tubes at room temperature to improve their dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties. However, cold drawn tubes may involve more cold processing of welded tubes.
Hot Rolled Tube
Process: The billet is heated to a high temperature (usually above 1100°C) and then rolled at a high temperature. The hot rolling process includes multiple steps such as heating, piercing, rolling, sizing and cooling.
2. Difference in use
Precision annealed tube
Application field: suitable for processing and manufacturing of various materials, widely used in electronic products, semiconductors, automobiles, aerospace and other fields.
Application advantages: can improve the mechanical properties and stability of materials, ensure the quality and performance of products.
Cold drawn tube
Application field: machinery manufacturing, automobile industry, aerospace, petrochemical industry, energy industry, electronic communications, medical equipment and other fields.
Application advantages: with high precision, high strength, excellent processing performance and corrosion resistance, can meet various high precision and high performance requirements.
Cold drawn tube
Application field: similar to cold drawn tube, it is also widely used in machinery manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, petrochemical and other fields.
Application advantages: cold drawn tube also has the characteristics of high precision and high strength, which can meet the occasions with high requirements for pipe size accuracy and mechanical properties.
Hot rolled tube
Application field: construction, machinery, automobile, petrochemical and other fields.
Application advantages: hot rolled tube has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, which can meet the use requirements in various complex environments. At the same time, the production efficiency of hot rolled tube is high and the cost is relatively low, so it has advantages in large-scale production and application.
