Jiugang successfully completed the delivery of 10,000 tons of export pipeline steel

On July 25, the hot rolling mill of Jiugang Group completed the delivery task of 10,000 tons of X70M pipeline steel for export to Saudi Arabia, which was well received by users.

Before the trial production of the ordered product, the technicians of the hot rolling mill formulated a rolling technology plan based on the performance requirements of the product and the actual production equipment of the enterprise, optimized the ultra-fast cooling model, further improved the cooling speed, and ensured the stability of product performance.

In response to the problems encountered in the production process, the plant strengthened collaborative support, and the technicians actively carried out benchmarking learning with well-known domestic steel companies, drawing on advanced experience, and transformed the finishing rolling guides, which effectively reduced the incidence of defects in X70M pipeline steel, laying a solid foundation for the smooth completion of order delivery.
