It has successively invested 568 million yuan to upgrade a 1,580 cubic meter blast furnace, and built ancillary facilities such as environmental protection, sintering, and autolytic pellets. The energy consumption and emission indicators of the project have reached the advanced level in the same industry; the investment is about 500 million yuan, mainly used to produce carbon steel coil.
Pollution prevention and control has been further strengthened; 480 million yuan has been invested to build a 30-megawatt high-temperature and high-pressure gas generating unit and a 50-megawatt ultra-high-temperature and ultra-high-pressure gas generating unit. The self-generated power generation rate has reached 60%, achieving energy saving and consumption reduction in the production process and comprehensive utilization of resources. ; Complete scrap steel resource utilization, centralized sewage treatment, steel slag thermal stew, water slag slag micro powder and other systems to make full use of by-product waste resources to achieve comprehensive utilization of resources; invest 458 million yuan in technical transformation and upgrade of a 260 square meter sintering system to effectively treat waste gas The final emissions of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides meet the ultra-low emission indicator limit requirements.
